Get Dirty!
Regular maintenance of existing trails is critical in ensuring the riding experience remains top-notch for all ability levels. If you have ridden Sterling in the past year, you know that Munsee Eagle, aka Palisade 18 on Trailforks (the trail near the powerlines) is in bad shape. We will be spending a lot of our volunteer hours this summer rebuilding the tread and reverting it to the fun flowly trail it was at one point. Please join us on 6/29 at 830am to help repair Munsee Eagle. If you join for an hour our all five, we are grateful for your help. Further meeting details will be communicated after signing up.
We are currently managing volunteer sign-ups through IMBA here. If you can’t make it, you can always buy a 32oz bag of coffee from Wisecrack Roasting in Ringwood NJ. Part of the proceeds will fund the completion of Redback.
See you on the trails!
