Dear JORBA Fest 2026 Registered Attendees,
We are truly sorry that JORBA Fest 2026 was canceled due to heavy rain and poor weather conditions. We know how much everyone looks forward to this event and we sincerely apologize for the disappointment and inconvenience.
Regarding refunds, JORBA has already submitted a formal claim to Adventure Advocates and BikeReg to process refunds for all registered attendees. Please note that JORBA is unable to issue refunds directly; all refunds will be processed and distributed by BikeReg directly.
We are currently awaiting final confirmation from Adventure Advocates and BikeReg regarding our claim. They have informed us that once the claim is approved, the refund process can take anywhere from 90 days to up to 5 months.
The communication that JORBA most recently received from bikereg is as follows: “This process usually takes 4-5 months to complete from start to finish. You will first get a release form to accept and sign that is usually 8-10 weeks from now (i.e. 9/23/2026). Then once that form is submitted it takes another month usually for refunds to be issued. If you issue refunds in the meantime that does void the insurance policy as stated in my original email to you.”
If you have additional questions, please contact info@jorba.org
Thank you so much for your patience and understanding as we navigate this process. We will keep you updated as soon as we receive more details. As always, thank you for your continued support of JORBA and New Jersey singletrack.
Warm regards,
The JORBA Team
Jersey Off-Road Bicycle Association
