Open Sunrise to Sunset

Description

The Kresson Trails, developed by the Jersey Action Riders (Kresson) Chapter and local riders, is one of 10 trail systems adopted by Cherry Hill Township. The Kresson Trails, albeit small at 3.3 miles, provides a rolling, wooded single track trail system, ideal for mountain biking. The JAR chapter has partnered with Cherry Hill Township through the Cherry Hill Environmental Board, the Department of Parks and Recreation and the Department of Public Works to create the Cherry Hill Trail Crew; a volunteer group dedicated to maintain and enhancing not only the Kresson Trails, but the other 9 trail systems in the township. JORBA’s JAR chapter leader is the manager of the Cherry Hill Trail Crew. All activity is coordinated and in partnership with the township. The Jersey Action Riders chapter has forged a strong, professional and respectful relationship with the elected officials, department heads and the greater community on behalf of the mountain bike community as stewards of protecting and maintaining open spaces and managing social acceptable and environmentally sound access.
