Board of Directors Positions: Help set the strategic direction, ensure fiscal responsibility, and provide oversight for the entire organization. We seek diverse perspectives and experience.
Chapter Leaders: Lead local trail advocacy efforts, organize workdays, and grow the riding community in your specific geographic area.
Committee Chairs/Members: Take ownership of a specific organizational function, driving measurable results and managing a team of volunteers.

| Development & Funding | Fundraising, Grant Writing, Corporate Outreach. Help secure the financial resources needed for trail development, maintenance, and advocacy efforts. |
| Community & Engagement | Community Outreach, Ride Leadership. Plan, promote, and lead group rides (all skill levels) and represent Jorba at local events to welcome new riders and grow membership. |
| Communications & Marketing | Social Media Management, Marketing Strategy, Creative. Develop engaging content, manage our online presence, and spread the Jorba mission to a wider audience. |
| Volunteer Engagement | Volunteer Outreach, Volunteer Coordination. Recruit, manage, and celebrate our incredible volunteer base, ensuring a consistent and positive experience for everyone. |
| Digital & Technical | Web Page Editing/Management, GIS Mapping (a plus!). Keep our website current, manage digital assets, and ensure our online information is accurate and accessible. |
| Advocacy & Policy | Lobbying, Public Speaking, Government Relations. Represent Jorba’s interests to local, county, and state officials to protect access and secure trail development opportunities. |
